Forsaken is part of the Ancient Vaults under the Terrain of Deimos (our open world area in the previous update.)

It is a Mid-Large Sized level. Infestation grew from underground, beneath the ancient structure. It grew upward, bursting through the ground and consuming all the architecture around it, creating new paths through the walls on and corridors, on it's way to the surface.

It facilitates all of the systemic game modes used in Warframe, along combat encounters and procedural puzzle vaults that can show up in it from time to time.

I was responsible for planning out the layout, using hand drawn map and in Engine CSG tools combined with artist created modular kits to block it out. I then worked with Artists, Tech Designers, Sound, and FX departments to bring it to completion.
