Calamity is part of the Ancient Vaults under the Terrain of Deimos (our open world area in the previous update.)

It is a Mid Sized level, with a chasm splitting the ground on half of it, allowing for traversal under the primary architecture. It facilitates all of the systemic game modes used in warframe, along combat encounters and procedural puzzle vaults that can show up in it from time to time.

I was responsible for planning out the layout, using hand drawn map and in Engine CSG tools combined with artist created modular kits to block it out. I then worked with Artists, Tech Designers, Sound, and FX departments to bring it to completion.
